Super Smoothies

Makes 4 Servings

 
Ingredients:
2 cups Mixed berries ( fresh or frozen )
1 banana
2 containers of lowfat strawberry banana yogurt
2 tblsp wheat germ
1/2 cup soy milk
 

Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You may have to add a little more milk if the mixture is to thick.

 
Serve With:
Breakfast or on its own as a snack.
