Apple Pancakes

Makes XX Servings

 
Ingredients:
3 Cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbls baking powder
1/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs well beaten
2 cups milk
3 apples peeled and diced
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
 
 
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Fry in butter in medium to hot skillet until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with powdered or regular sugar and enjoy. Left overs can be kept for several days in the frig. If the batter gets too thick, add a little milk. Enjoy!

Alternative Instructions or Variations: Use for a Breakfast dish or dessert by adding ice cream.
