Chilled Blueberry Soup

Makes 10 Servings

 
Ingredients:

2 pints fresh blueberries (or raspberries), rinsed plus additional for garnish
2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup reduced fat sour cream, plus additional for garnish
2 tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon
 
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except garnishes in a blender and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator at lease one hour before serving. Garnish each serving with a dollop of sour cream and a blueberry. For special occasions, serve in wine glasses, shot glasses, or champagne flutes.
