Great Pumpkin Dessert

Makes 12 Servings
 
Ingredients:
1 can (15ou.) solid pumpkin
1 can (12ou.) evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 package yellow cake mix
3/4 cup of butter
 
 
Instructions:
In mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Transfer to a greaded 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix and drizzle with butter. (Optional - top with walnuts). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.

 
 
Serve With:
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
