Sopapilla Cheesecake |
Makes 12 Servings |
| Ingredients:
2 8 oz cans Crescent Rolls
2 cups Sugar, divided
2 8 oz tubs of Whipped Creme Cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
Vanilla
Ground Cinnamon

| Instructions:
Spray bottom of baking dish with Pam or Bakers Delight. Line one
can of crescent rolls in bottom smoothing out pieces and filling
all holes. Mix 2 tubs of creme cheese and 1 cup of sugar and 1
tsp vanilla. Spoon over crescent rolls layer. Mix melted butter,
1 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread other can of crescent
rolls on top of creme cheese layer and pour butter/sugar mixture
on top. Generously sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 for 30
minutes or until crust evenly browned. You may serve cold or
warm.
