Chicken and Squash |
Makes 3 Servings |
| Ingredients: 2 Large chicken breasts (cut into strips) 2 mexican squash (sliced) 1 onion (chopped) Red chili pepper Salt, pepper or any seasoning on hand |

| Instructions: Cut chicken into strips and grill in pan with a little oil. Once, it is seared add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until the chicken is cooked thoroughly and the squash is soft. |

Alternative Instructions or Variations:
Any other vegetable would be good, whatever you have on hand, such as bell peppers, or tomatoes. |

| Serve With: Rice is good with this dish. |
