Chicken Tacos

Makes 6 Servings

 
Ingredients:
4 Chicken breasts
1 cup of salsa or picante sauce
corn tortillas
lettuce, tomatoes, topping.
cheese, sour cream, olives, any favorite taco topping
 
Instructions:
Boil chicken breasts until cooked through, and there is NO pink left.

Shred the cooked chicken breasts.

Place shredded chicken in a large bowl.
Pour in salsa. Stir until blended.

Take 1 corn tortilla and fill with chicken mixture. Repeat.
Let them top it with their favorite toppings!!!
Yummy, quick, and easy!
 
Alternative Instructions or Variations:
Could make it a burrito with flour tortillas and refried beans.
 
Serve With:
I recommend a can of refried beans, some spanish rice-a-roni. For dessert, I like to get either Lime Sherbet or Frozen Churros that I can heat in the microwave.
