Home Made Mac & Cheese

Makes 1 Servings

 
Ingredients:
1 T. Butter
1 T. Flour
3/4 c. Milk
3 oz of velveeta per unit of white sauce made
3/4 c. elbow macaroni noodles per unit of white sauce made

 
 
Instructions:
Melt butter over low heat, add flour. Add milk all at once and use a wisk to mix, stirring constantly over med heat until it boils. Add 3 oz of Velveeta per unit of white sauce.

Cook 3/4 c. of elbow macaroni noodles according to directions for each unit of white sauce. Add to cheese sauce after you drain the noodles.

Alternative Instructions or Variations: I have a family of 5, and I times the white sauce recipe 6x & use 1 lb of Velveeta. We have enough for dinner and plenty of leftovers for lunch. Just add a little bit of milk and reheat in the microwave.
