Summer Taco Salad

Makes 3 Servings

 
Ingredients:
1 lb of ground beef
1 cup of pinto beans
Romaine lettuce, chopped (enough to cover bottom of plate)
Tortilla chips (a handful for each plate)
1/2 cup of salsa
Shredded cheese (to taste)
lime
Sour cream (to taste)
 
 
Instructions:
Season beef with salt, pepper, and cumin. Brown beef then add beans. Placed chopped lettuce onto each plate then add meat and bean mixture on top. Layer the rest of the ingredients on top. Squeeze juice from a fresh lime on top and enjoy!

 

 
Serve With:
Corn on the cob with melted butter, chili powder and lime.
